Insulation Hangers
Gripnail's Insulation Hanger easily install any type of insulation up to 3.5" thick to air ducts, metal buildings, concrete foundations - even to the underside of wooden roofs. Insulation Hangers are perfect for installing fiberglass or rubber insulation blankets or polystyrene board. Insulation Hangers have a sticker backing to make placing easier. They also have a unique Easy-Peel adhesive backing design so that there isn't any fumbling with the release paper.
The hangers and washers are manufactured from low carbon zinc plated steel. Various pin lengths are available for the hangers: 19.05 mm, 31.75 mm, 44.45 mm, 50.8 mm and 63.5 mm.
Other pin lengths and materials are available upon request.
The self-locking mounting washers measure 28.5mm x 31.75mm.
The load per attachment point should not exceed 1000 g, depending on the surface. In addition, however, the attachments can be secured with screws.
The operating temperature should be below 65°C.
The application temperature should be above 5°C.
The fastening elements are packed in 500 pieces in a stable carton.
They only stick to a clean, dry and smooth surface. Clean off oil, rust, loose paint, etc. before installing the fastener. Cleaning the surface is recommended.
