RETEC-AUTOMARK – OUR COMPANY
RETEC-AUTOMARK was founded over 40 years ago by Gerd Remerscheid as machine sales company in Düsseldorf. In 1991 the company office relocated to Kirchheim / Teck . The company was also renamed in RETEC-AUTOMARK Markierungs- und Befestigungssysteme GmbH. Jörg Remerscheid became the managing director in 2012.
RETEC-AUTOMARK has been the key address for over 30 years in the field of marking and fastening of parts, type plates and similar. The different systems are manufactured in the U.S., Spain and Italy and distributed worldwide.
Service is provided out of Kirchheim/Teck or Krefeld.
Originally, the focus was in the area of type wheel marking systems for raised and recessed marking. AUTOMARK Systems are still in operation today in many companies. They are distinguished especially through durability, easily legible identification – even in case of subsequent surface finishing – and ease of operation.
The model ST-880 stands out in particular: it allows raised marking of metal strips from the coil – including embossing, cutting and hole-punching.
This machine has proven itself over many years, amongst others, with shipbuilding wharfs, steel and machine construction, aviation companies and tyre manufacturers.
Dot peen markers were included in the product offering in 2001.
The manufacture Cymaq had originally specialised in the integration of marking heads in production lines. Meanwhile, mobile devices with different marking areas are also available. All marking heads can be supplied pneumatically or electromagnetically according to customer preference. Many different versions are possible in combination with two control units and five punches.
Compared to conventional marking systems, today marking with the laser is often the most effective solution for a large variety of products. The model offering from RETEC-AUTOMARK / LASERBERG ranges from CO2, ND:YAG Laser up to fibre lasers with very compact dimensions. All lasers can be provided in combination with supply and discharge systems. The company's strength lies in developing and implementing the concrete solution – including software, connections to existing networks, supply and discharge of the workpieces to be marked – together with the customer.
This ensures that the customer receives a marking system optimal for his purpose.
Another product focus is fastening type plates and small parts on metal. With the AMTAK fastening system plates, cable clamps or other small parts can be fastened on different materials, without predrilling or other surface finishing. The Tack Mounts are a new development. These are special cable bundle supports, pre-mounted with metal tacks they can be fastened on metal in a single step.
